Connection Details – Uplink Status The Connection Details – Uplink Status has several useful bits of information when seeking advice. First we have the Uplink Status Light. Depending on the systems current connectivity this will be one of three colours. - Green if the connection to the internet is good,
- Orange if it can only connect internally to our systems
- Red if the Hotspot is unable to contact either HQ or the internet.
When the light is Orange you will probably still be able to browse Queenstown.com and other internal or Free sites, but the internet may not work. Chances are we already know about it, but there is no harm in calling us to let us know that you are affected. Other information below this is to help a support technician resolve any issues as you are on the phone with them.
